FINANCE & FEES

INITIAL CONSULTATION

Consultation is £250. When you book your appointment Gale, Sandra, Sara or the Clinic Appointments Officers at the hospitals, will advise you of the fee.

You will be invoiced directly by Gale, Sandra or Sara on Mr Riaz’ behalf. You will not be invoiced by the hospitals for this, and generally they do not take payment for this consultation.

When you attend your appointment you may be asked by the Reception staff at the hospitals for a credit card/debit card. However the fee for your consultation will NOT routinely be taken from this card. The hospitals take details of payment to cover any additional costs generated at the hospitals, but they will not take payment for anything without informing you first.

SURGERY/TREATMENT

If you decide to go ahead with surgery, the practice staff will request payment for your consultation, to secure booking your surgical procedure.  It is at this point that you can discuss dates which might suit you.  You will be also required to make full payment for surgery prior to it taking place. This is a requirement of the hospitals, and they will take the payment for this, not the practice staff. Please note - if payment is not made prior to surgery then it will not take place.  This is a hospitals-wide policy.

Credit and Debit

If you are paying by credit/debit card, payment will be taken upfront, generally 5-7 days prior to your procedure. A Customer Service Officer will contact you to arrange payment.
