Experience worth remembering

Worth mentioning the Work of Dr Chris Hill and obviously yours one of the best surgeons and teachers I have ever seen so far who imparted me with the essential facts and knowledge in a clear and distinct style.

My 4 working days included complex procedures such as cleft palate surgery, palatal fistula, secondary cleft lip & nasal deformity, septo-Rhinoplasty and hypospadias surgery with the privilege of being the first assistant in most of the cases. Working with your team allowed me to understand and developed certain skills as a team member. Proper protocols and patient safety in a theatre, pre operative and post operative care, documentation of the procedure in detail and pictorial representation of the procedure.

Camera as an essential tool, complete definition of the deformity, plan, imagination of the corrective procedure and proper patient education about the surgery and expected results were reinforced and highlighted. Sir I am grateful to you and your team for providing me the magnificent learning opportunity.

I am hoping to visit you again in future for further refinements in my career as a plastic surgeon.
